We provide Technical Support free of charge during your 30 day evaluation of our product. We also provide an additional 60 days of support after you purchase your Permanently Licensed copy.

   The support we provide is limited to the scope of our product and its use at your site.  We try to make our manuals as clear and concise as possible, and we also try to make our programs and installation procedures as error free as possible.  Should you encounter any problems or questions, we will be glad to assist you at no charge during this period.

   When you purchase a Permanently Licensed copy of our product, you may also elect to purchase an annual maintenance contract. That contract will guarantee you uninterrupted Technical Support plus any interim program fixes, reported problem notification, and any new releases of our product.
